If your inventory to get a game is full, we cannot send you items. Please make certain your inventory isn't full. If it's, you'll need to delete, use, or trade away some things before we can send you brand new products.
If an item is marked as 'Missing From Your Inventory,' then Steam didn't report to us that we received the item, but Steam couldn't find it in your inventory. This can happen if you trade the product away, alter it, or if an error occurs when accepting the transaction. If the product is in your inventory, please check. If it is, please re-list it. Please contact support, if it isn't still in your inventory.
If your Trade URL in your account's Advanced Options is wrong or out-of-date, our bots cannot send you trade provides. Please make sure your Trade URL is correct. If you create a new Trade URL on Steam, you will have to upgrade it here to keep on using OPSkins.
If you're having trouble trading CS:GO items and your CS:GO tab has vanished from your inventory, then you are having a known Steam glitch. In cases like this, Steam has 'forgotten' about your CS:GO inventory, and therefore it is not enabling you to send or receive any CS:GO items.
There are two forms of trade holds that your items can be in: a Steam trade hold which affects every game, or a Daybreak trade lock that only affects H1Z1. To avert a Steam commerce hold, you need to have a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled on your Steam account. You can read more about Steam trade holds here. H1Z1 trade locks apply to some H1Z1 item listed for sale, and continue seven days. You may view H1Z1 items that are still in the trade hold period by visiting your Account Page > Item Listings and Sales > filter by Awaiting Pickup.
