From spoken words to useful work

One workflow for calls, meetings and imported recordings: capture, transcribe, analyse and organise.

Searchable speech recognition

Turn calls and meetings into speaker-labelled transcripts, synchronised with two-channel audio. Click a sentence to hear the exact moment, search across your recording library, and export text or subtitles.

AI summaries & next steps

Capture the main points, decisions and agreed actions, including owners and dates where mentioned. Extract topics, names and numbers, and keep a one-line summary beside each conversation in the library.

Sales & support reviews

Evaluate conversations against your own criteria. Apply categories, tags and red flags, highlight issues that need attention, and ask a question about a specific call using its transcript.

Calls, meetings & audio files

Use your SIP provider or IP PBX, capture meetings in Zoom, Teams, Meet or other applications, or import existing recordings. All three feed the same library and AI workflow.

Local or cloud AI

Connect your own speech recogniser and language model. Choose supported services such as OpenAI, Claude, Deepgram or ElevenLabs, or use models hosted on your hardware. Test connections before relying on them.

Budget & processing controls

See processing usage in tokens and money. Set monthly limits that pause automatic work when reached, choose different models for different tasks, and run processing manually or through automatic rules.
PERSONAL PROMPT STUDIO

Make every write-up work your way.

Start with 11 included prompts: summaries, one-line titles, action items, topics, names and numbers, categories, tags, red flags, questions, and sales or support reviews.

Edit instructions in ordinary language, duplicate a template or add your own. Define the result format and the business criteria that matter to you.

Automate the follow-up. Arrange rules in order and add conditions: a sales conversation gets a sales review; a support conversation gets the right service checklist. The same rules work for meetings and imported audio.

Live AI prompter: customer speech on the left and suggested sales responses on the right
LIVE AI PROMPTER

The right words, while you talk.

Get live subtitles and context-aware reply suggestions while the conversation is happening.

Four assistants are included: subtitles, live translation, sales objection handling and interview help. Change their instructions or create your own assistant. Each side appears separately, with the latest line or suggestion displayed large enough to read at a glance.

Rehearse with an existing recording before an important call. Keep the live transcript and suggestions with the conversation, and export them when needed.

A streaming speech recogniser powers live subtitles; AI suggestions also need a connected language model. Both can run on your own hardware.

A business phone built for everyday work

Reliable call handling, meeting recording and desktop controls alongside your AI tools.

Multiple lines, one phone

Register several SIP accounts and handle simultaneous calls. Hold, mute and send DTMF; use blind or attended transfers and bring callers into a conference.

Meeting capture

Record system audio and your microphone on separate channels. Start manually, ask before recording or start automatically when a conversation is detected. Keep calls and meetings together.

Contacts & call history

Recognise callers by their address-book entries, review incoming and outgoing calls and call back in one click. Dial telephone links from your browser, CRM or documents.

Headsets & audio devices

Choose microphone and speakers by name, use a separate device for the ringtone, test sound with a live microphone meter and change devices during a call.

Ready at your desk

Stay available through the system tray, incoming-call notifications and global hotkeys. Configure startup and automatic answering. Switch between light and dark themes and 30 interface languages.

Your data, your settings

Keep recordings, transcripts and history in your own local file. Store credentials in the operating system keychain, configure recording retention and enable only the modules your desk needs.
LOCAL REST API

Control the softphone from your software.

Build CTI features into your CRM, help desk or desktop tools using HTTP and JSON.

Control calls: place, answer, hang up, hold, resume, transfer and send DTMF. Read active calls, contacts, call history, SIP accounts and registration status.

Connect more of your workflow: query categories, tags and red flags, inspect settings without exposing secrets, and read Prometheus metrics for monitoring. Link your CRM to local recording and transcript pages.

Enable Local control in Settings → Integration. The API listens only on this computer at 127.0.0.1 (default port 8377). Choose which access groups to expose; the optional token enables protected data-write endpoints. No SDK or separate cloud service is required.

WEBHOOK GENERATOR

Let your CRM react as calls happen.

Send outgoing HTTP events to any CRM with a suitable endpoint, directly or through an integration bridge.

Choose the events:
• call-started — an incoming call rings or an outgoing call is placed.
• call-state-changed — a call is answered, held, resumed or joins a conference.
• call-ended — the conversation finishes.

Configure the destination URL, POST or GET, and an optional authorization header. Send a test event to check your receiver before connecting the workflow.

Use caller number, direction, line, state, timestamps, talk time and end reason to open customer cards and log calls. Shared call IDs connect events to the REST API; conversation IDs help group transfers and conferences. Events travel from the workstation to your local or remote endpoint.

Three ways to bring calls into your CRM

Use the API for commands and webhooks for events. Your CRM’s HTTP endpoints or an integration bridge connect them to your business workflow.

1. Dial from the customer record

Add a click-to-call action to your CRM or help desk using the local REST API. Choose the number and SIP line, then manage the call from your own interface.

2. Open the caller’s card

Receive a call-started webhook, match the phone number to a contact and show the right customer record while the call is ringing. Your integration connects the event to your CRM.

3. Keep the call log up to date

Use call-ended events to log direction, line, talk time and end reason. Combine live events with history queries for synchronisation, and use state changes for presence or dashboards.
